Today, led by Nick Brooker (Managing Director) Wentworth's Team of experts deliver business-focused skills training and Human Resources consultancy across the UK and into Europe.

Wentworth's independent customer research / mystery shopping arm was created in 1995 when a leading Building Society asked us to benchmark customer service before and after training.

Caroline Franklin

Caroline Franklin (Research Director) now has a team of over three hundred trained mystery shop researchers active nationwide.
